Clare Victoria Counselling
If you're reading this, you've already taken an important first step. Reaching out can bring on a wide range of feelings, but whatever has brought you here, you don't have to work through it on your own. Together we will move at a pace that feels right for you, with the focus guided by what matters most to you.
You may want to explore challenges such as anxiety, stress, low mood, grief, relationship difficulties, parenting concerns, neurodiversity, self-esteem, loss, trauma, or simply a feeling that something in life is not quite as you would like it to be.
Rather than offering answers or telling you what to do, I will support you in exploring your experiences and feelings, gaining insight, and identifying choices that feel right for you. The aim is to help you build on your own strengths, develop greater confidence and self-understanding, and create a pathway towards meaningful change in a way that feels authentic and sustainable.
With time, space, and support, it is possible to find new perspectives, navigate challenges more effectively, and move towards a life that feels more fulfilling, balanced, and aligned with who you are.
Hello, I’m Clare Victoria, a BACP‑registered integrative psychotherapeutic counsellor based in Buckinghamshire. I offer both face‑to‑face and online counselling appointments. My work is grounded in a person‑centred approach and informed by integrative practice, meaning I believe therapy should be shaped around you, with emphasis placed on your individual experiences, perspectives and goals. My work is rooted in a deep understanding and insight into human experience, helping clients not only survive difficult times but thrive beyond them.
I have worked in supportive roles for over 25 years, and throughout my work I have seen how powerful it can be to feel truly heard and understood. I believe deeply in empowering people to reconnect with themselves and take their lives in a direction that feels meaningful and right for them. With a background of rich life experiences, I bring a unique depth of understanding to my work where I offer warm, empathic, non-judgemental support from a private, tranquil space or online.
I offer a free 20 minute initial conversation so you can ask any questions, get a sense of how I work, and decide whether counselling with me feels like a good fit.
Please reach us at admin@clarevictoriacounselling.co.uk if you cannot find an answer to your question.
A typical counselling session lasts for 50 minutes, although some sessions may be longer or shorter depending on your needs and preferences.
We agree a day and time for your session and I send you a Zoom invite. I will also send you step by step instructions on how to use Zoom for your counselling session. Online sessions work best on WiFi connections and using a laptop or tablet. Mobile phones are not usually recommended for online therapy sessions.
